Shipping policy

Hit x Hits uses Australia Post for its orders and delivery times may vary from 2-7 business days. We ask our customers to allow 5 business days from the purchase date for their package to arrive.

All orders are handled and packed within 1-2 business days of your order and will be dispatched the next day.

Shipment Missing/Delayed

Occasionally due to circumstances outside our control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf.

Large/Bulk Purchases

Please note that large bulk orders may be subject to additional shipping fees depending on size and quantities
