Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for pre-ordering with our store! Pre-orders allow us to ensure that we have enough stock of a particular item to meet demand, and also guarantee that you will receive the product as soon as it becomes available. Please take a moment to read through our pre-order policy before placing your order.

Payment: Payment for pre-orders is due at the time of checkout. Your payment will be charged immediately to secure your pre-order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will provide a full refund.
Release Dates: Release dates provided are estimates and subject to change. While we make every effort to provide accurate release dates, sometimes circumstances outside of our control can impact the release of a product. We will provide updates to customers as soon as we receive updated release date information.
Fulfillment: We will fulfill pre-orders in the order in which they are received. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will provide a full refund. We cannot guarantee the exact date of when pre-orders will be fulfilled, as this is dependent on manufacturer shipments and allocations.
Cancellation Policy: Please urgently contact us via info@hitxhits.com.au with the relevant order number and email address used at purchase. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to the relevant terms and conditions set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Unfortunately, due to our order processing, packing and dispatching procedures within our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel or amend any part of any orders for, or containing, pre-order TCG products if the request is made within five days of the product release date.
Shipping: Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping timelines will vary based on manufacturer shipments. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-order has shipped.

If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the pre-order product is stocked into our facilities or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived.

If your order contains multiple pre-order products and/or additional stocked products, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the final pre-order product is stocked into our warehouse, or the official release date for the final pre-order product has arrived.
